  • 1/4 cup panko or bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1-2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 pkt dry brown gravy mix

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl mix together ground beef, panko or bread crumbs, 1 egg, Worcestershire Sauce, garlic salt, black pepper. Form mixture into 4 oval shaped patties.

  • Turn down heat to a medium low, place meat patties back in skillet and scoop gravy and onions over meat patties. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desire. Enjoy.
