

Spring Fruit Pudding Salad
A No Bake Only 5 Ingredient Fruit Salad.
Equipment
- large mixing bowl
- spatula
Ingredients
- 1 (3.4 oz) box vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 (8 oz) cans crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (8 oz) tub cool whip, thawed
- 1 (10 oz) bag colored mini marshmallows DIVIDED
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- * optional ingredients: shredded carrots, shredded coconuts or other types of nuts
Instructions
- Place thawed cool whip into a large mixing bowl.
- Empty package of instant vanilla pudding on top of the cool whip in large mixing bowl and combine using a spatula until well blended.
- In a small bowl drain out 2 cans of crushed pineapple. Place the drained pineapple into bowl that has the cool whip pudding mixture in it. Mix well with a fork to combine.
- Stir in 8 oz of mini marshmallows carefully. Save remaining 2 oz of marshmallows for topping.
- Mix in chopped walnuts and/or other optional ingredients like shredded carrots, shredded coconut or other types of nuts.
- Place in a serving bowl and refrigerate to chill until ready to enjoy.
