Tzatziki Sauce

The sauce that’s made for many things?  So I’ve heard.  Regular potato chips, pita chips, pita bread, and gyros.  So fresh.  Make it fast and on the spot using Greek yogurt and an English seeded cucumber. No straining or draining here.

Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups greek yogurt
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 english cucumber grated
  • 1 TBS fresh dill not dried version
  • 1-2 TBS lemon juice to taste
  • 1 TBS olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients well.
  • Taste and add seasonings to adjust flavor as needed.
  • Serve now or refrigerate up to a week in a sealed container.
  • Enjoy!
