Crockpot Ground Beef Stew Casserole
All the flavors we love in a stew eaten like a casserole slow cooked to marinate all the flavors.

- 1-2 lbs ground beef
- 2 medium onions diced
- 1 TBS cooking oil
- 2 TBS butter
- 3 TBS all purpose flour
- 3 carrots diced
- 2 celery stalks diced
- 1 potato peeled and diced
- 1 (1.5oz) pkt beef stew seasoning packet
- 1 (14oz) can sweet peas drained
- 1 (12oz) pkg egg noodles, cooked per package directions and drained
- 1 small container French's Crispy Fried Onions
- 3 cups beef broth
In a large skillet brown up ground beef with onion until beef is no longer pink. Add in 2 TBS butter and 3 TBS flour. Stir until ground beef is thoroughly coated with the flour and butter. Cook for 1 minute. Pour ground beef into crockpot.
Place diced celery, carrots, potato, beef stew seasoning packet, and 3 cups beef broth into crockpot. Stir well.
Place lid on crockpot. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 4-6 hours until vegetables are tender and cooked through. Stir in drained canned sweet peas and drained cooked egg noodles. Turn off crockpot and allow to sit a few minutes. After plating this up, garnish with the Crispy Fried Onions, if desired.
