Brussels Sprouts
A very delicious way to put Brussels Sprouts on your table. They will eat these up like candy.

- 1 pkg fresh brussels sprouts
- water to fill pan
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Rinse and dry off brussels sprouts. Cut off the root ends and pull off 3-4 layers of leaves.
Bring medium pot of water to a boil. Add salt and brussels sprouts. Boil for 8 minutes. Drain brussels. Place on a cutting board and slice them in half lengthwise.
Place halved brussels into a medium bowl. Add in olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper. Stir carefully to combine.
Place brussels on a sheet pan with cut side down. Using the bottom of a cup smash each brussels flat.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on each brussels sprout.
Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 8-10 minutes until cheese is golden brown. Serve and enjoy.
