Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place diced potatoes into salted water. Cook until tender. Drain and add favorite ingredients to make mashed potatoes. (I use milk, butter, salt, pepper, and grated cheese)
Place 1 TBS of butter in large skillet on medium high. Add diced onion and sautee until softened. Add ground beef and brown.
Add 2 TBS butter & 2 TBS flour to ground beef and stir for 2 minutes.
Add 1 TBS worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Add beef broth and stir.
Add vegetables and mix well. Turn off heat. Mixture should be thickened.
Place mixture into bottom of 9x13 baking dish and smooth out. Place mashed potatoes on top and smooth out.
Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy.
