Cold Pea Salad

Salad
- 16 oz frozen peas, thawed and drained
- 1/3 cup red onion, diced small
- 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
- 6-8 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled small
Dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 TBS white granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together Dressing ingredients (sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, salt & pepper. Set aside.
In a large bowl mix together peas, onions, cheese and bacon. Pour in the dressing mixture. Carefully mix everything together until all ingredients are well coated.
Refrigerated for 1 hour before serving or enjoy right away.
