I had a salad like this once years ago and it had pasta in it and it was delicious. Not sure if it had sour cream in the dressing or not. Was not as rich as just pea salad.

  • I make my pea salad just like your recipe, except I add 4 hard boiled eggs. I put 3 into the salad and the other one sliced and lay across the top of salad, sprinkled with paprika. This is the best pea salad I’ve ever tried. I, as well as you, I’ve been to Luby’s many times in Ft. Worth, Texas. I heard you were from Texas. If you don’t mind, let me know which city. You’re the only one I’ve found on you tube who lives in Texas. I love your channel and all the types of food you make. I’ve been trying your bubble up recipes and they really are delicious. Thanks for all the wonderful recipes, Linda.

    • I’m glad you like the Pea Salad, I bet the addition of eggs made it very tasty.
We live in Katy, TX just west of Houston.
