Crescent Roll Chicken Bundles
Easy & delicious recipe using rotisserie chicken, refrigerated canned crescent roll dough, a creamy sauce full of flavor.

- 2 (8oz) cans refrigerated canned crescent roll dough
- 2 (10.5oz) cans cream of chicken, mushroom, or celery soup
- 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 (.7oz) pkg Italian seasoning & dressing mix
- 1/4 medium yellow onion, diced fine
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2-3 cups cooked shredded chicken
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line 2 sheet pans with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium sauce pan add cream of soups, cream cheese, Italian seasoning mix, and black pepper. Stir until cream cheese has melted and ingredients are combined. Lower heat to low.
Place half of the mixture into a separate small bowl and set aside for later use in recipe.
Stir in chicken & onion into the remaining mixture in sauce pan and let simmer on low heat.
Separate crescent dough into the triangles on prepared sheet pans. Place 1 TBS of chicken mixture onto large end of crescent. Pull sides of crescent dough over mixture along with the large end and roll to tip of crescent creating a bundle.
Bake in preheated oven for 9-12 minutes until golden brown and crescent is cooked through.
Serve with remaining sauce that was set aside earlier.
