Crockpot Sloppy Joes

6 quart crockpot
- 2 TBS cooking oil
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 2 medium green bell peppers, diced (try different colors too)
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 (10.5 oz) cans tomato soup
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 TBS yellow mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- hamburger buns
In a large skillet over medium high heat bring 2 TBS cooking oil to a sizzle. Add in bell peppers and onions, season with 1/8 tsp salt & pepper and cook until softened. Add in ground beef and cook until beef is no longer pink. DRAIN excess grease.
Place cooked beef, onions, & peppers into bottom of crockpot. Place remainder of ingredients (except hamburger buns) into crockpot and stir everything until combined.
Place lid on crockpot and cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours. Serve on hamburger buns and enjoy.
