Easy Quiche

- 1 (9 inch) deep dish pie crust frozen
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese use any blend
- 1/2 lb cooked and crumbled meat sausage, bacon, or ham
- 2 cups chopped fresh spinach or any other vegetable precooked
- 6 eggs beaten
- 1 cup milk milk, heavy cream or half/half
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine eggs, milk, cheese, and salt & pepper in a bowl.
Layer your cooked meat and spinach onto pie crust. (There is no need to precook shell or poke holes in it. )
Pour egg mixture over meat/spinach.
Place on baking pan.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes (keeping an eye on it towards the last 5 minutes or so.) Egg mixture will be firm and the outer crust will be a golden brown.
Let set outside of oven for 5 minutes to finish setting up. Cut into wedges.
