Easy Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 (9 inch) deep dish pie crust frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese use any blend
  • 1/2 lb cooked and crumbled meat sausage, bacon, or ham
  • 2 cups chopped fresh spinach or any other vegetable precooked
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup milk milk, heavy cream or half/half
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Combine eggs, milk, cheese, and salt & pepper in a bowl.
  • Layer your cooked meat and spinach onto pie crust. (There is no need to precook shell or poke holes in it. )
  • Pour egg mixture over meat/spinach.
  • Place on baking pan.
  • Bake for 35 to 45 minutes (keeping an eye on it towards the last 5 minutes or so.) Egg mixture will be firm and the outer crust will be a golden brown.
  • Let set outside of oven for 5 minutes to finish setting up. Cut into wedges.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
