Fritos Cowboy Cabbage Ground Beef Casserole

Ingredients

ground beef

chopped green cabbage

mild rotel tomatoes

Fritos chorn chips

yellow onion, diced
1
medium
bell pepper, diced

taco seasoning (3 TBS)

(14oz)
canned corn, drained
1
cup
cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2
cup
sour cream
salt & black pepper, to taste
sliced green onions, garnish
Instructions
In a large deep skillet over medium high heat, break up and brown ground beef. Drain excess grease.
Stir in onion and bell pepper and cook until softened.
Stir in rotel tomatoes, drained canned corn and taco seasoning. Season with salt & black pepper, if needed. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add in chopped cabbage and stir until well coated. Place lid on and simmer until cabbage is tender.
Remove from heat. Top with shredded cheese, Fritos, and green onions. Place lid back on until cheese has melted. Enjoy.
