Glazed Carrots
Oh these are amazingly delicious. They will look so beautiful on your dinner table.

- 10-12 whole carrots peeled and ends cut off
- water to fill pan
- 3 TBS butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
Peel and chop off both ends of carrots. Place carrots into large skillet. Fill skillet with water to cover about 1 inch over carrots. Place over high heat and bring to a boil.
Let carrots remain boiling until you get to the tenderness you desire. (Add additional hot water to carrots during boiling process, if needed.) Drain carrots and leave in colander.
In same skillet over medium low heat, add in and stir together butter, brown sugar, and honey. Add carrots back in and carefully stir to coat the carrots for a few minutes to allow the flavors to absorb into the carrots, Turn off burner and allow to sit for a few minutes.
Place on a serving platter. ENJOY.NOTE: if you get the organic carrots, you can use the top greenery as a decoration to your plate.
