Cook pasta per instructions, drain, and allow to cool.
Prepare vegetables. De-seed cucumber and cut in half moon shapes. Slice cherry tomatoes in half. Rough chop 1/2 head of lettuce. Finely chop parsley.
Slice olives in half. Dice 1/2 red onion.
In small bowl combine tzatziki sauce, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper with a whisk.
Combine pasta, vegetables, and dressing in a large bowl to coat well.
Serve at once or allow to chill in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
