Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, cream together butter & both sugars until smooth.
Beat in eggs and vanilla until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, hot chocolate, salt & baking soda.
Add flour mixture to wet ingredients slowly until combined. (Dough will be thick).
Fold in chips.
Make balls out of the dough about 1 1/2 TBS each. Place onto parchment lined baking sheets.
Place 3-4 marshmallows onto the center of cookie dough.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans.
