In a small skillet, heat up 1 TBS olive oil & a pat of butter. Sautee peppers and onions until soft about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
In a large bowl add ground meat, peppers and onions, milk, bread, cheese, marinara sauce, seasonings, egg, Worcestershire sauce. (Make sure to save the reserved cheese for topping later).
Mix well with a large spoon or use your hands.
Mold into your meatloaf pan or a wider baking dish.
Spoon the 1/2 cup marinara sauce over top and spread evenly.
Place into your 400 degree preheated oven for 50 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle the reserved cheese over top and place back in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbly. Make sure your meat is cooked through.
Serve and Enjoy!
