Italian Style Meatloaf

This meatloaf is sure to appease the most Italian food lover.  It almost seems like there is a Bolognese sauce in this meatloaf.  With sautéed peppers and onions, mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce and seasonings such as basil, oregano, parsley, and garlic all mixed into the meat mixture is a hit in my family.
