Kentucky Crockpot Potatoes
A secret ingredient pulls this creamy cheesy side dish together with lots of flavor. Perfect for potlucks, get togethers or pair this side with your meal. It's delicious. Only 4 ingredients along with seasonings.

- 1 (26 oz) bag frozen O'Brien Potatoes with Peppers & Onions
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of potato soup (secret ingredient)
- 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (DIVIDED)
- 1 tsp (each) salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika
- parsley (garnish)
Spray a 6 quart crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Add frozen O'Brien Potatoes with peppers & onions into prepared crockpot.
Top with cream of potato soup, sour cream, and all seasonings. Mix well together.
Cover crockpot with lid and cook for 2-3 hours on high until potatoes are heated through and tender.
Mix in 1/2 of the shredded cheese into the potatoes until well combined. Top with remaining cheese.
Cook an additional 30 minutes until cheese is fully melted. Serve potatoes warm. Sprinkle parsley on top for a pop of color.
