Spiced Apple Sauce Muffins
Fall is in the air with these apple sauce muffins and delicious apple pie spice.

Ingredients

butter, softened

white granulated sugar

vanilla extract

all purpose flour

baking soda

apple pie spice

jar applesauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a standard 12 cup muffin tin.
In large mixing bowl, using an electric hand mixer, cream together softened butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
Add in flour, baking soda, and apple pie spice. Blend thoroughly.
Using a large cookie scoop divide batter between the 12 prepared muffin cups.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Test center of muffin with a toothpick for doneness.
Let muffins sit in the pan for 5 minutes. Remove muffins to a wire cooling rack and allow to cool for 5 minutes to set up. Enjoy.
