Spinach Artichoke Chicken Pizza
Easy Quick Weeknight Meal that will turn your pizza night into something grand but easy.

Ingredients

prepared pizza dough (I use pillsbury pizza dough)
10
oz
container spinach artichoke dip refrigerated
10
oz
bag microwave broccoli, heated & finely chopped
2
cups
shredded cooked chicken (I use rotisserie)
2
cups
mozzarella cheese, shredded
2
TBS
olive oil
2
tsp
minced garlic
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Roll & stretch out pizza dough onto a sheet pan evenly.
Spread spinach & artichoke dip onto pizza dough evenly leaving a 1/2 inch border.
Evenly spread out the cooked, drained & finely chopped broccoli over the dip.
Spread cooked & shredded chicken over the top of broccoli evenly.
Drizzle olive oil over the top. Distribute minced garlic over the top. Season with salt & pepper.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese evenly.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly with a golden brown top.
Let cool a few minutes, slice & serve.
