Spinach Artichoke Chicken Pizza

Easy Quick Weeknight Meal that will turn your pizza night into something grand but easy.

Ingredients

  • 1 prepared pizza dough (I use pillsbury pizza dough)
  • 10 oz container spinach artichoke dip refrigerated
  • 10 oz bag microwave broccoli, heated & finely chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (I use rotisserie)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 TBS olive oil
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Roll & stretch out pizza dough onto a sheet pan evenly.
  • Spread spinach & artichoke dip onto pizza dough evenly leaving a 1/2 inch border.
  • Evenly spread out the cooked, drained & finely chopped broccoli over the dip.
  • Spread cooked & shredded chicken over the top of broccoli evenly.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the top. Distribute minced garlic over the top. Season with salt & pepper.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese evenly.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly with a golden brown top.
  • Let cool a few minutes, slice & serve.
