

Spinach Artichoke Chicken Pizza
Easy Quick Weeknight Meal that will turn your pizza night into something grand but easy.
Ingredients
- 1 prepared pizza dough (I use pillsbury pizza dough)
- 10 oz container spinach artichoke dip refrigerated
- 10 oz bag microwave broccoli, heated & finely chopped
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (I use rotisserie)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Roll & stretch out pizza dough onto a sheet pan evenly.
- Spread spinach & artichoke dip onto pizza dough evenly leaving a 1/2 inch border.
- Evenly spread out the cooked, drained & finely chopped broccoli over the dip.
- Spread cooked & shredded chicken over the top of broccoli evenly.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top. Distribute minced garlic over the top. Season with salt & pepper.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese evenly.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly with a golden brown top.
- Let cool a few minutes, slice & serve.
