4-6mediumboneless pork chops (1 – 1 1/2 inch thickness)
2TBScooking oil
1cuppanko crumbs
3/4tspsalt (or to taste)
3/4tspblack pepper
3/4tsponion powder
3/4tspgarlic powder
3/4tspsmoked paprika
3/4tspceyenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
Mix panko crumbs and all of the seasoning together in a narrow dish or pie plate. Brush pork chops all over with cooking oil.
Place pork chops one at a time into the panko/seasoning mixture and coat the tops, bottoms, and sides well.
Spray basket of air fryer with non-stick cooking spray. Place coated pork chops into prepared basket.
Close drawer to air fryer and place on 400 degrees. Cook for 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the pork chop. Flip pork chops over at the halfway time frame. Pork chops are done with they reach at least 145 degrees.
