Air Fryer Glazed Meatloaf

Equipment

  • cutting board & sharp knife
  • small bowl

Ingredients

Meatloaf Mixture

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup panko or bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced yellow onion
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 TBS ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Glaze for Meatloaf

  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 TBS brown sugar

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl mix together all "Meatloaf Mixture" ingredients together and form a firm loaf shape.
  • Place loaf shaped meatloaf mixture into the basket of air fryer.
  • Set air fryer to 350 degrees and bake for 35-30 minutes. The center of meatloaf should be cooked through and reach 160-165 degrees internal temperature checked using a meat thermometer.
  • In a small bowl mix together the Meatloaf Glaze and spread evenly across the meatloaf. Place back into air fryer at 375 degrees and cook an additional 10 minutes.
  • Remove meatloaf from air fryer and allow to rest 5-10 minutes on a cutting board or serving platter before slicing.
