Big Mac Sliders

All the flavors of a McDonalds Big Mac wrapped in a small slider sandwich with a delicious sauce. Try this one.

Equipment

  • 2 (9 x 13) baking dishes
  • cutting board & bread knife
  • small bowl & whisk
  • medium bowl
  • silicone brush & small bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ct) pkg hawaiian king rolls
  • 1/4 head shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 8 slices american cheese
  • 1 small jar dill pickle slices
  • 2 TBS butter, melted
  • sesame seeds

"Big Mac Sauce" Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBS French's Dressing
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white distilled vinegar
  • 1 tsp white granulated sugar
  • 1 TBS sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp salt

"Ground Beef Mixture" Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 lbs ground beef
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup dry minced onion

Instructions

  • In a small bowl whisk together all "Big Mac Sauce" ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
  • In a medium bowl mix together 'Ground beef Mixture" ingredients. Evenly spread ground beef mixture into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Place dish into 350 degree preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through and no longer pink.
    NOTE: could take longer depending on how thick the beef mixture is. Remove dish from oven and leave oven on.
  • Using a long bread knife, cut hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise and place the bowl of rolls in another 9 x 13 baking dish. Spread the Big Mac Sauce on top of the bottom rolls in baking dish.
  • Top sauce with shredded lettuce. Remove large cooked beef patty from baking dish and place on top of the lettuce. Cover beef patty with american cheese. Top cheese with pickle chips.
  • Place top portion of rolls on top of the pickle chips. Brush tops of rolls with melted butter. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the melted butter.
  • Place dish in preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes until cheese has melted. Serve immediately with fries.
