  • work surface
  • Pizza Cutter

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ct) refrigerated crescent dough triangles or sheet
  • 12 oz pre-cooked refrigerated pulled pork (from store)
  • 1 small bottle favorite bbq sauce
  • 1 small container pre-made coleslaw from store
  • Optional: diced green onion, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a standard 12 cup muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Unroll crescent roll dough onto a silicone mat or a lightly floured work surface. (If using the dough with triangle perforated edges; pinch edges together to make a solid sheet.)
Cut 3 long strips using a pizza cutter, then cut the strips into 4s, making 12 total squares.
Place each square into a prepared muffin tin cup. Place 1-2 TBS pulled pork on top of each square of crescent roll dough.
Bake in preheated oven for 14-18 minutes until crescents are golden and cooked through.
  • Place each pulled pork crescent cup onto a serving platter. Fill with coleslaw. Drizzle barbeque sauce on top of the coleslaw. Garnish with diced green onion. Enjoy.
