Pan-Fried Ribeye Steak

If you are craving a steak, and it’s too hot for the grill or maybe you don’t have a grill, then check out this steak basted with garlic, rosemary, and butter in a frying pan.  So delicious.

Pan-Fried Ribeye Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 Ribeye Steak bone-in or boneless
  • Steak Seasoning enough to cover both sides
  • 1-2 TBS oive oil
  • 4 TBS butter
  • 3 sprigs rosemary fresh
  • 4-6 garlic cloves cut in half

Instructions

  • Let steak sit on counter for 30 minutes before frying.
  • Season both sides of steak with seasoning.
  • In a large skillet heat oil until hot over medium high heat.
  • Place steak in pan and leave for 4-5 minutes. (Do not move)
  • Add 1 pat of butter to each side of pan to melt in with oil.
  • Turn steak over & place 2 more pats of butter, garlic cloves, and rosemary, to pan.
  • Spoon the melted butter from pan over the steak every so often to baste.
  • Place steak on a cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes.
  • Serve and Enjoy.
