Peanut Butter Pie with Chocolate Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup peanut butter, creamy
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (8 oz) container cool whip or whipped topping
  • 1 premade chocolate pie crust (or graham cracker crust)
  • 12 Reese's Peanut Butter cups cut into large pieces

Instructions

  • In a large bowl using an electric hand mixer, beat together peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add in sifted powdered sugar and milk to the peanut butter mixture and beat until well combined.
  • Using a spatula fold in cool whip or whipped topping until mixed well.
  • Pour mixture into prepared pie crust shell. Place Reese's peanut butter cup pieces all over top of pie. Slightly push into mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or over night before serving.
