If you are craving a steak, and it’s too hot for the grill or maybe you don’t have a grill, then check out this steak basted with garlic, rosemary, and butter in a frying pan. So delicious.
Pan-Fried Ribeye Steak
Ingredients
- 1 Ribeye Steak bone-in or boneless
- Steak Seasoning enough to cover both sides
- 1-2 TBS oive oil
- 4 TBS butter
- 3 sprigs rosemary fresh
- 4-6 garlic cloves cut in half
Instructions
- Let steak sit on counter for 30 minutes before frying.
- Season both sides of steak with seasoning.
- In a large skillet heat oil until hot over medium high heat.
- Place steak in pan and leave for 4-5 minutes. (Do not move)
- Add 1 pat of butter to each side of pan to melt in with oil.
- Turn steak over & place 2 more pats of butter, garlic cloves, and rosemary, to pan.
- Spoon the melted butter from pan over the steak every so often to baste.
- Place steak on a cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Serve and Enjoy.
