Stuffing Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 box Stove Top Cornbead Stuffing
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup ketshup
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a meatloaf pan with a cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together, reserving 1/2 of the ketshup.
- Place mixture into pan or mini pans. Smooth out. Place remainder ketshup on top and smooth out.
- Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hours for regular loaf pan or 25-30 minutes for mini loaf pans.
- Let it cool in pans for a few minutes before slicing or removing from pans. Enjoy.
