In mixing bowl whisk together 6 eggs, milk, salt & pepper. Heat 1 TBS butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add eggs and scramble until just loosely set. Turn off burner.Heat sausage on a microwavable plate for 30 seconds.
On roll crescents roll dough and separate by the perorated triangles on a prepared sheet pan. Place 1 TBS of shredded cheese on the big end of a triangle. Top with eggs and a sausage link. Sprinkle with 1 TBS additional shredded cheese.
Pull the tip of the crescent triangle up and over the eggs and sausage and tuck it under the big end of the triangle to form a roll-up. Finish the rest of the crescents.Whisk 1 egg and brush onto each crescent.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and crescents are cooked through. Cool on pan for 3 minutes and serve.
