Stuffing Meatloaf

My family raved about this one. I used a stove top stuffing in the cornbread flavor. It added a delicious flavor. This is such an easy recipe using only 5 ingredients. I made these into mini loaves using the mini loaf pans. Perfect for individual servings. Give this one a try.

Stuffing Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 box Stove Top Cornbead Stuffing
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup ketshup
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a meatloaf pan with a cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together, reserving 1/2 of the ketshup.
  • Place mixture into pan or mini pans. Smooth out. Place remainder ketshup on top and smooth out.
  • Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hours for regular loaf pan or 25-30 minutes for mini loaf pans.
  • Let it cool in pans for a few minutes before slicing or removing from pans. Enjoy.
