Lemon Bar 2 Ingredients using Box Cake Mix
Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz) angel food cake mix
- 1 (21 oz) can lemon pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl mix together the pie filling and angel food cake mix until all combined.
- Add the mixture into the baking dish and smooth out.
- Bake for 25 minutes until top starts to turn a light golden brown.
- Let it rest in the baking dish on a cooling rack for 1-2 hours. The cake will come out of the oven pretty tall, but will shrink considerably during the cool down period until it takes the shape of bars.
- Dust with powdered sugar and cut into squares. Enjoy.
