Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread – 3 Ingredient

That's right only 3 ingredients using a Spice Box Cake Mix. So moist and delicious, definitely brings Fall & the holidays closer. Enjoy.

  • large bowl
  • 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pan
  • electric hand mixer


  • 1 (15.25 oz) box Spice Cake Mix
  • 1 (15 oz) can 100% pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips, DIVIDED


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9" x 5" x 2" loaf pan. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl add cake mix, pumpkin puree, and 1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips. Mix well using an electric hand mixer for 1 minute. (Batter will seem thick.)
  • Place cake batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth evenly. Sprinkle 1/2 cup chocolate chips across the top of the batter.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 50 – 60 minutes until cake is done. Tooth pick inserted in center of cake should come out clean, top of cake should be firm, and sides should have pulled away from sides of pan somewhat.
  • Cool cake for 5 minutes in pan, then pull out of pan and place on a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy.
