Fresh Strawberry Mousse – 3 Ingredient

  • Food Processor
  • electric handmixer
  • 4 small glasses or goblets
  • large mixing bowl & spatula
  • small bowl


  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, DIVIDED
  • 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream


  • Rinse, de-stem, and chop all of the strawberries leaving out 4 whole strawberries for later use in recipe.. Place the chopped strawberries into a food processor and puree. Add white granulated sugar and puree once more. Remove 1/2 a cup of the puree and set aside in a small bowl.
  • In a large mixing bowl heat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in the puree from the food processor to create the mousse.
  • Divide the 1/2 cup of puree, saved from step 1, into the 4 small glasses or goblets. Top each with the strawberry mousse evenly between the 4 glasses.
  • Cut the 4 extra strawberries saved from step 1, into slices 3/4 of the way up the strawberry to create a fan. Place each fanned strawberry on top of the mousse. Enjoy.
